For over 30 years our block of Chardonnay has been producing outstanding wines. Planted on their own roots these vines consistently make ripe, distinctive and balanced wine.
Fermented in French oak, 35% new, using wild yeast and aged on the lees for 9 months. The result is a Chardonnay of great charm, balance and intensity. Pair with creamy, buttery flavors and soft textures. Lobster would be perfect.
